DH SupportKeymasterI don’t see any under the email you’re using for this forum signup. What payment option did you use, and did you perhaps use a different email address?
I’d just email support with your purchase email and they can look it up if you’re not sure.

You should get to a screen where all that info is provided. If you missed it and you’re not seeing your email, please check you junk / spam folders. It will be in there. You can send an email to support also from the support tab up top w/ your purchase email and they can re-send to you if you can’t locate it.
DH SupportKeymasterCan you please confirm you ran this w/ the latest DH2. We can see in your logs you did the auto update. Can you reboot, load DH2 again first, and LDplayer, then your poker client and let us know if you’re still seeing this issue? ty!

DH SupportKeymasterReboot your system… and make sure that AHC is loaded up first and you should be fine. If you still have an issue, then click on settings in the catcher, create log, and send the .zip file to our support from the support page up top and someone can check what’s going on for you.

A) There’s river c-bet SRP, or 3BP, but it’s not tagged as a bluff necessarily. You should be able to do a river c-bet SRP & WSD as a custom stat:
B) No. There’s mouse over heat maps in reports. And you can create a 3D plot graph in the R&D section of Drivehud 2:
DH SupportKeymasterThat wouldn’t really be a filter, it would be more like range research. You’d have to set a filter and run a range report, and in scenarios this like you can only see your opponents range if you have showdown data. Unless you’re looking for a just a call% from MP as a range, and then you’d have to create a custom filter for that I believe. I’d have to ask someone in development for what that would look like.
DH SupportKeymasterThat isn’t a hand that our products captured, so the info needed is missing. In a correctly formated hand you should have two boards like this:
FIRST Board [4s Ts Jc 9s 6c]
SECOND Board [4s Ts Jc 9s 3h]This is why EV isn’t being calculated correctly.

DH SupportKeymasterBB ranges are shown in a tooltip pop-up… they will not appear separately as a range. Although I know a function is being added that if only one bb range is added, it will show only that bb range for that specific stat.
DH SupportKeymasterYes, so if you set a series of BB ranges, it will show whatever stat you have what the data is when your opponent has a stack between those BB ranges… and it will show up as a mouse over tool tip when you mouse over the stat.
