Today is my second day of the trial. Yesterday and this morning it worked fine then i started getting the message in the screen shot. I closed it and restarted everything but it won’t load any more.
Reboot your system… and make sure that AHC is loaded up first and you should be fine. If you still have an issue, then click on settings in the catcher, create log, and send the .zip file to our support from the support page up top and someone can check what’s going on for you.
