    Correct. BOL updated their client this morning. We have a fix in place, finished testing, so we’ll have a new update here soon to address it.

    We switched license servers last week. You probably have the previous version. You just need to update your version from the serial below and then enter your serial number:

    Thanks for your feedback. If you’re playing on Chico network or Ignition/Bodog, please be aware that these sites to generate hand histories like most poker sites. Drivehud is creating those in real time, but in order for it to work as best as it can, DriveHUD needs to be loaded before you open a tournament table. We’re going to add some extra wording about this. DriveHUD will work if you load it after a tournament is loaded, but the reliability of it grabbing MTT data when you’re moved is not 100% certain. As long as you load DH before the start of the tourney table load though, this should not be an issue.

    If you’re playing on Ignition, they are having a lot of unseen disconnect issues as of this past week or so now. It will DC the table, and this can cause the HUD to disappear. We’re working on some work arounds for this, as it’s a new issue, and hopefully something Ignition will correct on it’s own. But it is something we’re looking at. Keep in mind this should only happen with MTT’s. Cash games, and S&G’s should not be an issue.

    Thanks for your question. I’m not sure why, but obviously it’s not supposed to line up like that. It must be something going on with your video / hardware setup. Do you know your dpi and screen resolution? We’d need to see a log to be able to know the cause. If you can send that from the support icon at the top left of drivehud, you can send a message and it will auto attach the log. I will have someone look at it asap.

    Yes, we had a license server issue. You can see our blog below for latest news. Basically you just need to click download trial again from this page or any of the pages on the website, re-install and it will work again for you.

    It doesn’t use screen scraping, and it’s not compatible with zone. I’m not sure why, I guess something changes recently, but it wasn’t even supposed to save HH data for zone at all. It’s just not possible to get or obviously run a HUD on an anonymous table.

     

    But for MTT’s, you’re right. Sometimes it won’t get the tournament result because it’s not provided. So we’re working on some work arounds. In the meantime you can right click on the tournament you were in if you cash and enter the amount you won. We’ll have some work arounds soon for this though. And this is just on sites that don’t save HH’s like BOL, Ignition. Pokerstars this doesn’t apply.
