KeymasterIt’s happening because it’s a multiple board situation on a site that the EV calc probably isn’t picking up that there’s multiple boards being run and still two players active. Just right click on the hand and export it as a raw hand format, and sent it to our support from the support link at the top of this page. They can have development check it and correct it.

KeymasterIf you sent advanced logs, those go directly to development, not to support. That’s why it says not to send them unless you’re requested to do so. Otherwise, all support tix are always answered within a few hours.
I know right now, there’s a pokerrr2 fix in place that development is waiting for feedback from customers on. There was a discussion about this today, because they are talking about doing an auto update w/ this fix. But if you want you can email from the support page above, and just send a message so someone can check on your tix for you.

KeymasterIt’s really odd… another agent just said there was a whole cue of emails that didn’t send for the last few days. No idea why. It’s not happened before, and the support software didn’t provide any warning. It’s been fixed now and I think all of those emails are going to be bulk sent all at once. Apologies, and if you need more help, just use the support prompt at the bottom right.

KeymasterCheck your junk / spam folders. ALL e-mails to support are answered within a few hours. If you already reset your activations using your serial and it’s not working, then you need to send a log to support. But check your spam folders. No email goes unanswered, ever.

KeymasterWe did have an outstanding issue. We updated our support software 2 weeks ago (after several years of not updating it), and there’s been a lot of minor issues going on. Please try and send it again and we should get it. If you sent it via DH2 in the last few days, it would not have gotten to us.

KeymasterIt already functions like this. If you tag multiple hands and load the replayer, you’ll get only those tagged hands in order.

KeymasterIt’s not clear what you mean, because equity is shown in the replayer. Maybe I’m misunderstanding.
