KeymasterYeah, thanks guys. It’s a known issue. We’ll have it fixed in this next build.

KeymasterDrivehud installs on 9.5 by default. If you’re having difficulty synching, please email support and they can help you.
As far as seeing your stats, we’re adding more of the stats that you’ll be able to right click on and add to any of the reports or create custom reports. That is coming soon.
DH Support
KeymasterYes, thanks for the suggestions. We’ll be adding a lot more stats going forward.
As far as the HUD, we have a new HUD designer going into place that will make the panels separate and you’ll be able to add heat maps and several other features. For now, if you use the plain HUD it will likely be a lot easier for you.
DH Support
KeymasterYes, we’re going to be adding a lot more graphs, and options to set the two preferred dashboard graphs as well. We’re just finishing up some site support and some new HUD / heat map changes and we’ll be focusing on graphs here soon.

KeymasterRiver- contact support to get your new serial. You must have missed the above where it said you’re going to have to get a new serial if you were on an older version.

KeymasterBOL and chico network are working fine. Maybe try and reboot and let me know if you’re running ok?

KeymasterWhen you installed the new version, did you it ask you anything about mysql setup? It sounds like you have 2 versions of mysql installed now and have one version with your old data and one with the latest. Do you know how to open pgadmin and check this? Just type pgadmin to your run command line and see how many versions of postgres you have installed and if there’s more than one database installed.
As far as all of your stats shown, I’m not sure what you mean exactly. Do you mean in the gauges? All of your data is present in the reports section. And yes, we’ll have an option to have cumulative and only current session data shown on the HUD. Most people use session stats for obvious reasons.

KeymasterI know there’s something specific going on w/ the lower PS limits that the development team is addressing. It’s somehow misreading it and causing import and replay issues. They told me they are aware and will have an update fix for this very soon.

KeymasterSo is this after you re-installed and changed the postgres version? Because some of the hands you’re looking at might be from the old database. You’d have to make sure to wipe everything w/ the uninstall process. If I’m understanding everything you’re saying correctly.
DH Support
KeymasterYes, you can do this, or just completely remove and then re-install and assign the port number that way.
DH Support
KeymasterThanks. I’ll have someone check this out, but limp/fold should be correct. What version are you running please?
DH Support
KeymasterYou must have missed the message about choosing which port. The easiest way is go to RUN or open pgadmin from your windows. Double click on the 9.3 version of the install and see what databases are there, and what port number it’s on. Do the same for 9.5. If you have pt4 and want to keep it then when you load up drivehud, input the info you have for what pt4 is using, and then drivehud will create a new database in that version and connect.
If you need more help you can contact support and they can walk you through it a little more. It’s just an initial setup issue, you missed a screen when installing.
