Issue with gathering hands from zone, and tracking tournament cashes

So right now I’ve been using the free trial version of the HUD. For cash games it works perfectly, and for 9.99 a year I could never complain(for 5nl that is). But everything else is where it gets kind of iffy. I’m assuming the HUD works by screenscraping, since it doesn’t use a HH file. So in zone poker, most of the time it won’t give you any information on your hand. It will get the first hand, then stop after that, and every HH will just be blank and no cards will be shown. I’m not too sure why that is, because I set the preferred seating and everything. And for MTTs, I bought in for $3 +0.3 which it recorded, but when I cashed it never recorded that I cashed. Just letting you/the team know about some issues I’ve been having!

It doesn’t use screen scraping, and it’s not compatible with zone. I’m not sure why, I guess something changes recently, but it wasn’t even supposed to save HH data for zone at all. It’s just not possible to get or obviously run a HUD on an anonymous table.

 

But for MTT’s, you’re right. Sometimes it won’t get the tournament result because it’s not provided. So we’re working on some work arounds. In the meantime you can right click on the tournament you were in if you cash and enter the amount you won. We’ll have some work arounds soon for this though. And this is just on sites that don’t save HH’s like BOL, Ignition. Pokerstars this doesn’t apply.
