DriveHUD never loads

I was using DriveHUD on Ignition for a few weeks, and it was great.  Then one day, it started getting stuck on the initial splash screen.  It stays there for hours without ever progressing.  I tried repairing the installation (this option comes up as an alternative to uninstalling).  I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling from a freshly downloaded installer.  Nothing has helped.

Yes, we had a license server issue. You can see our blog below for latest news. Basically you just need to click download trial again from this page or any of the pages on the website, re-install and it will work again for you.

Thanks! I lost my old database, but at least it’s working again.

:(… you must have accidentally clicked to wipe out all data when you re-installed. The new build will not effect existing data otherwise. I guess I will mention this on installs. Do NOT click wipe all data and files if you install a new version w/o the updater.
