DH SupportKeymasterSo I have two of the blind filters created, and I’ll explain them below. We don’t have bet sizing filters yet, so we can’t do the min 3-bet, but we will have these here soon. They are on the list.
Just download them and then click on the filter drop down, create filter, and then load filter to load them.
Easiest way to build them is just go to the filter creator, click on the table position you want to filter for (bb in this case), and do it for both 6-max and full ring. We’re going to include a both button here soon. And then pre-flop action facing hero needs to be unopened. That’s basically it, unless you just want it for a specific table type, then just add in the number of players at the top from 2 to X.

DH SupportKeymasterI’m very sorry you went on a bad run. Extreme variance can happen in small samples, and betonline is not a rigged site. Lots of people say this about every single online poker site. It’s just simply not true. They don’t have anything to really gain by taking small amounts from people. They benefit much more by having a fair system. We don’t offer refunds on used licenses. I’d recommend taking a good break and using drivehud to analyze your play and look at spots where perhaps you didn’t play ideally. Use that loss as a learning tool. I wish you luck.
DH SupportKeymasterIt’s most likely going to be firewall related. It sounds like it’s blocking it from connecting and checking the DH license. I’d temporarily turn that off and try again. If you’re still stuck, just click on the support icon at the top right of drivehud. Send a message to us and it will attach the log and we can look at what the issue might be.

At some point we may include the ability to manually import zone hands like the converter does, but I don’t have a current ETA on when that would be.

BOL changed their software a couple of weeks ago. You’ll need to update to address their change. Just download from the main link here:

DH SupportKeymasterIf you click download trial from any page, the new build was put up yesterday with the BOL fix. I’ll be posting it in the forums here today as well.
DH SupportKeymaster:(… you must have accidentally clicked to wipe out all data when you re-installed. The new build will not effect existing data otherwise. I guess I will mention this on installs. Do NOT click wipe all data and files if you install a new version w/o the updater.
