    The second one is the same, it’s just put in the database the same way because some people search for it differently. But it’s the exact same.

    Hi – hands tracked by AHC are internally stored because they are not available by the site. You can export the hands though by clicking on a report, export them and import them to other DH2 databases.

    As far as the forum error, I sent this to our web dev. It might be related to some recent update. ty.

    Not sure what to tell you. It’s on the development list, but nobody makes promises here. It’s not an easy add, simply because those hands are not provided by the site, so they need to be captured and written. I’m sorry you’re disappointed.

    Yes, correct. If it’s already being listed in your selected stats, you won’t see it in the search.

    Pokerbaazi released TWO updates in the past 4 days. They are not easy site updates, they completely changed their encyption twice AND how their tables are read. The dev team is working on a fix still, that I’m told should be ready on Friday.

    Come on… nobody stole your money. You were offered to have your license moved and migrated over, it’s not something support has to do. A refund request was placed for your other purchase. I show it went through the first time and errored out. But it was placed again early this morning. I looked up your ticket and you didn’t respond, so I assume it was processed.
