After session hands now showing in database

Okay, firstly just made the switch from PT4 to Drive HUD and I am BLOWN AWAY! Love it. That said, one issue is that when I played my first session the HUD worked beautifully however the hands are no where to be found. They do not show um in Drive HUD and I tried locating the folder they were stored in to no avail. Point of clarification I am playing on club GG. Using Asian Hand Converter with two instances of Club GG. * tables total. HUD worked on all tables but cannot find the hands. Any suggestions

If the hands are tracked by DH2 and you are seeing the HUD, the data is already in your database. Please double-check if you have the right player ID set.

I really need to get this resolved. I just started a stable and need to decide if I will have my players use DriveHUD 2 or PT4. Definitely prefer DriveHUD 2 and its features but those features don’t help if I cant get the hands.

Yes I have the right player selected. I have also looked at other players hands and there are no hands at all past the 6th for any player. My thoughts are that Asian Hand Converter is storing them somewhere else but I can’nt find where. Asian hand Converter works bring it to PT4. Point of clarification when I use Asian Hand Converter with DriveHUD 2 I use the built in one within DriveHUD 2 not the stand alone like I do for poker tracker 4. I have attached a screenshot showing that my username “lvlxpoker” is selected and it is the most recent hands. Shows from 1/6/2025 but that was before I ever used DriveHUD 2. I have also sent a screenshot showing my settings for Asian Hand Converter.

The last hands that show are the ones I imported manually when switching from PT4 to DriveHUD 2. Last hand that shows is not one I played with driveHUD 2 but one of the ones manually imported. Also with the HUD it works but whenever I close DriveHUD 2 and tables and come back to play everyone’s stats are cleared and is not pulling historical data. One thing it is ClubGG so I am using Asian Hand Converter.

For AHC tracked with DH2, your player ID is your account number by default, please double check the drop down list and search for your account number and set that as player ID. If you want you to use the player name/nickname as player ID, you can chenge this in DH2’s AHC settings.

Also, we replied to your support tickets, my guess is that it was sent to your spam folder.

Hey! So firstly have not received any reply to my support ticket in my inbox. I checked spam and every folder. I have had issues with your site you may want to ask one of your devs about your DMARC settings and make sure SMPT settings for all sending addresses/servers is correct.

I have switched it to player ID for future but does not look like it retroactively switches. How do I see my ID?

Here is a great example of an issue your site has. When I reply in the forum I get the error stating the server has encountered a critical then a link to learning more about WordPress. It does still post though. Might be an issue with the forum plugin that you use or could be an issue on the server side. Not sure if you are using AWS or Digital ocean or what but def something to check out. You may also want to look into increasing your site performance on core web vitals from Google it is hurting your SEO. I have also included a screenshot of that failing core web vitals let alone poor score in factor.

After submitting that got a different issue this time a cloudflare gateway time out. I have included a screenshot. If someone on your dev team wants me to send more info or replicate the issue I am happy to but have them reach out via email directly not through your ticketing system as I have not gotten those repies.

Hi – hands tracked by AHC are internally stored because they are not available by the site. You can export the hands though by clicking on a report, export them and import them to other DH2 databases.

As far as the forum error, I sent this to our web dev. It might be related to some recent update. ty.

Hey thank you for the reply. I have attached a screenshot of my AHC settings. I do not see an option for report. What was the other guy saying about name vs ID? I really need to get this solved. I have 5 players that have signed their staking contracts but I cannot start them until I get this solved. Is there any chance someone could call me or hop on a zoom meeting so I can get this solved.
