Thanks, I usually try to manually delete them. it seems like they come back?? I don’t know if that is possible, as I said, I have 3 different user names and play regularly on 3 sites.

Hey guys, I am back to the poker tables after a few months. I want to thank Alex for giving me some much needed help with my machine. I have had some crazy issues with updating to the beta releases, and it is not the DriveHUD software it’s my machine.
Anyway, it looks to be sorted out. I uninstalled the program and when I re-installed I clicked on the “trial” button on the website. All appears to be working correctly. The Version is listed in Drive-HUD as 1.5.2.2426 ? The latest Beta -1.5.2.2424 ? Is everything OK ?

jsnake716ParticipantOK Guys, sorry , I was away from my office for a vacation. I re-checked and don’t have the E-mail from support?? Maybe I did delete it. Can I just send it from DriveHUD? and should I check advance logs?? I know it is frustrating, but I would like to try and fix this issue

I am hoping that somehow we can figure out what is happening. I could not Un-install DriiveHUD ?? Yes , I tried to uninstall from Windows, I tried to go into the DriveHUD files to use the uninstall .exe file all of them went to the update screen and when I click OK or install or whatever the button says. It immediately said program not installed or something like that?? What I had to do, was to delete all the files I could manually (I know this is not recommended) then I ran the registry editor and deleted most of the registry files associated with Drive HUD.
I was then able to install the latest official release 1.5.0.2352 It appears to be functioning, I think I lost some of my saved HUDS but it looks like everything else is OK. Can you look at my logs and see if I am going to be able to update or am I going to have a problem with every release??
jsnake716ParticipantIt’s not a database issue. It was a HUD display issue. The developers fixed this and I believe it’s already included in the auto update out today. The data in your database is correct. The real time rendering of that for that stat had a divide by zero problem. You should be good now.
I just cannot tell you guys enough how amazing it is to have a support “crew” that aggressively goes after and fixes user issues. It is just awesome.
I have purchased and used other “software” not-related to poker and I have never witnessed this kind of individual help and attention. Great work and great product.

Formula: Number of Times Bet on the Turn / (Number of Times Bet on the Turn + Number of Times Checked on the Turn)”
I am just trying to see if I can sort out some of my own stats, that is why I would like to know if Drive-HUD is using this formula
jsnake716ParticipantBOL / Chico network did a security update a few hours ago, so no tools will work w/ it right now. We’re working on a fix and will issue an update – likely tomorrow, when it’s ready.
I have been unable to sign in to either chico skin i use, Bet-on-line or Spertsbett.ag ?? Is anyone else having this problem?
jsnake716ParticipantYes, I did a stat rebuild when I updated to latest “beta” build and then I ran another one after I was advised to in this thread.

jsnake716ParticipantIt’s Russian spam bots. We pay to have a spam blocker on site, that’s how out of control these spam bots are now a days. There’s thousands blocked a day, but this one for this reason is sneaking through. We’re working in getting it blocked. You can just ignore them for now.
Geez, I was thinking that! It really is out of control. I was not trying to be sarcastic.
