Player X-ray not generating notes for every player in the database

Topic title, when clicking start on All Notes after deleting all notes from the settings, some notes actually do not get rewritten.

When I click start on All Notes, it slowly progresses, hits 7% and instantly completes to 100%.

Attached is the log, the core issue is “System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException: database disk image is malformed”

I managed to fix my database however when rebuilding cache I encountered some errors and about 60 hands were ignored. Now running the Player X-ray All Notes again things are slowly progressing as it should, no longer jumping to 100% as if it had encountered an error as before. I’ll post how I was able to fix it.
