Hi, I click the stop/pause HUD button on DriveHud 2 and the app crashed. Now, when starting DriveHud, I am prompted with the following error and clicking OK just closes DriveHud:

11/05/2023 at 4:09 pm #652982TheKingAceParticipantAm I supposed to get a confirmation email that my ticket has been received? I’m pretty sure I’ve sent one already, but I never received any confirmation email.
11/05/2023 at 5:11 pm #652988bjohnsonParticipantUsing the support page, I have always received an automated response in the same day. Support normally has contacted me within 24 hours with an actual response.
11/05/2023 at 5:17 pm #652989bjohnsonParticipantJust as a shot, you might want to download the newest version. I normally install over the old version. In a couple of cases, when I have back dated to an older version, I had to uninstalled the old version first. It has always picked up my old database without a problem.
11/07/2023 at 1:36 pm #653061TheKingAceParticipantFirst thing I did was uninstall everything, redownload it, then reinstall it. That didn’t work. I even tried uninstalling it and searching for every mention of DriveHud in the registry, but that still didn’t help.
I guess my only hope is for support to find the issue.
