Imported hands not showing in HUD stats

Hey, I imported a bunch of Coin Poker hands into drive HUD and I can see that they have loaded in the software by browsing through different players. When I open tables however, the new hands aren’t showing in my HUD stats and I only have sample on these players from before the import.

 

The hands were in coin poker format. Any help appreciated.

Check your HUD profile for any data freshness filters.

Also, click the DH icon on your table to see if it is set to historical.

I have the same problem, the imported hands are not showed. I checked DH Icon and is ok but i dont see “any data freshness filters” in te hud profile. Could you help me?

I found the filter “data frehness” and it is setup in all so that is not the problem. Coul you check it?

Please double-check if the format of the imported hands are the same with the hands you have in your database.

normally this only happens if the imported hands and the DH2 track hands are using a different format.
