Ignition not pulling in HH or displaying HUD

I played two tournaments on Ignition tonight and HH were not being imported. Anyone else have this issue?

Was the HUD present on your table? If it was, the data is in your database.  Please check if you have the right player ID set.

 

If you still don’t see the data, send us a message though DH2 using the headset/support icon with attach log check and let us know the date you played the MTT, so we can easily locate it in your log.

Wasn’t getting a HUD either. It must have been some hiccup with Ignition on my end because it’s been working just fine since. My post can be deleted if possible. Thanks!
