I play on pokerstars and every time I open up a new SNG the HUD stats are reset (total hands, VPIP, PFR etc). When I replay a hand in the software itself they are logged in but no on the tables.
If you mean the Hero HUD stats, DH was designed that way but if you are talking about your opponents stats then please send us your logs so we can check this for you.
