Bug Report: DriveHUD 2 missing hands on CoinPoker (Latest Update)

Hello,
I’m reporting an issue with DriveHUD 2 tracking on CoinPoker following their recent update. I’m seeing a high rate of missing hands.
In my latest session, I played 104 hands but only 64 were tracked by the software. Previously, the error rate was negligible (a few hands per 1k), but it is now a major discrepancy.

I hope this bug can be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Thanks!

We are checking this right now. Could you please send us a message through DH2’s headset/support icon with “attach log” checked so we have more info on this issue?

My stats are extremely nitty as a result of missing so many hands

It’s mostly fixed now. Make sure you’re using the most recent DH2 version.

Have DH2 open first, then open your tables one at a time. Wait for the table to fully load before opening the next one.

Note that we are still working on some tracking issues for MTT, but no hands have been lost in cash games.
