I have a computer that runs a postgresql database for PT4 and I can play from 2 computers and switch easily and quickly without having to backup and restore my database constantly.  I know drivehud2 does not use Postgresql and I was wondering if there was someway I could accomplish having a similar setup with drivehud2?  Where my 2 computers share one database?

Sorry, for now this is not possible.  Its not instant but an easy way to tranfer data is to export the recent hands from the system you are playing and send it to onedrive/dropbox then import the exported file to your other database.

If I export from the secondary computer now, then again in a month, will it duplicate the hands/info from the initial export?

No, DH2 will ignore the duplicates and only import the HH you dont have in your database.
