Free Trial (Could not activate license)

I’m trying to use the free trial before I purchase. I’m seriously considering PT4 since that trial is almost over and I’m pretty happy with it, but I really like the videos I’ve seen of DH2. I have not downloaded/installed DH2 on this computer, nor have I ever tried to use it before period. Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

If you are unable to register the free trial, there are 2 things that may have caused this.

1,You may have installed/registered DriveHUD on that system before

2, If you are sure that, the system you are using hasn’t installed or registered the free trial before, this maybe a MAC address issue.

I suggest sending your drivehud.log file located in this folder to support so we can check this for you.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD 2\Logs

Looks like you installed the trial at some point, although it’s an odd error. If you click on support at the top right and e-mail them, provide your likely email address you used to register, they can look it up. If not, there’s another solution they can do to reset it for you and get you running.
