Thank you very much for the quick reply. I have sent the request via the support tool. However, I’m not sure whether my attachment was also sent. The tool did not clearly indicate that it was uploaded.
Hi, you go to Settings / General –> there is a point “Shorten player names to given length”.
I found the answer to the first question myself. The error was in the structure of the formula.
