BellaGrowlParticipant
Thanks for the quick response and very nice to hear. One other thing I just noticed: There are times that Xray is recording inaccurate notes. Most recent example was where villain didn’t fold to a turn bluff bet and xray says that he did. I’ve seen a few other occasions where it said villain folded hands after raising xx% of stack, where they hadn’t folded at all. Please look into this.
BellaGrowlParticipantConversely, I’m getting all sorts of pre and post flop notes written for hero even though I have it set so notes are not taken on hero. It’s irritating to have this huge box of text pop up with my own notes when I’m trying to multitable. It’s easy to hover over it by accident. I’d definitely like to be able to access these notes somewhere, I just don’t want to see my own notes on the HUD in game.
Related: Villain’s notebox doesn’t stay open long enough when I hover over his X. I need more than a couple of seconds to read and interpret that information on the fly.
BellaGrowlParticipantThanks for getting back to me. All of the information you’ve provided sounds good to me. Player Xray is indeed cutting edge stuff and I’m already spreading the word about it. You definitely have a winning product here and I’m excited to see what else you have in store for the future of DriveHUD.
BellaGrowlParticipantOk…that actually falls in line with my experiences here (there are flat out disconnections and then there are “micro” disconnects…all acknowledged by Ignition already). FYI: It happens after HUSNG rematches begin a lot of the time, too. I guess when it creates a new connection, DH drops out.
BellaGrowlParticipantHappened again. When I was at one table, it worked. When I started adding tables, it only recognized the first table. Restarted HUD and then it didn’t recognize any poker going on at all. Please fix.
BellaGrowlParticipantNot really sure what happened to this post so I’ll just write it again: After shutting down ignition and drivehud, closing all apps/programs, restarting the computer, and reloading everything – it worked again. That’s great, but at this point DriveHUD has been out too long to keep blaming these kinds of issues on “we’re new”. You’re not that new anymore. It’s time for things to just run smoothly.
BellaGrowlParticipantThis still isn’t working, huh? Without the HUD, we can’t even check how many zoom hands we’ve played for the day.
BellaGrowlParticipantJust to update this: I played cash games on Ignition for hours with DH last night and had not even the slightest problem. The only thing is that I’ll have to turn off my heat maps and replace them with something else due to the small sample sizes we’ll always have on villain there.
BellaGrowlParticipantI’m sorry I was “that guy” and asked a question that’s been asked and answered over and over. It’s no excuse but I’ve been grinding away 20 hours a day on average between study/play for two weeks and I just got access to Ignition/Bodog for the first time tonight.
I rebooted computer, reloaded everything, and it looks as if we’re all up and running. I only played one HUSNG but I see no reason it won’t work in cash, as well. I’m going to load up a couple of tables now.
“Hero” on “Ignition” is exactly where I found my stats, too. Thanks.
BellaGrowlParticipantHey BellaGrowl, So I just tested this myself and it was working correctly for me. I have my minimum sample set for 50 and the Profile Tag appeared right at 50 hands. Based on the screenshot you posted I will offer a few possibilities. 1. You aren’t selecting the correct amount of players and the right HUD that you use at the table when editing. 2. You aren’t changing the minimum sample for each Profile Tag. Maybe you only changed one or forgot to change one or more. 3. You didn’t save when you were done editing. 4. There is an issue with the Profile Tag when it is not inside the HUD stats box. I chose to put my Profile Tags inside my HUD box along with the stats instead of as a stand-alone. That is all I can think of at the moment, but it is possible for you to get them to work because I’m using the same version on the same site as you and it’s working correctly on my end. I hope this helps!
Thanks, man. I appreciate you taking the time on this. I’ll do a trial and error later on and see what it is that I’m doing wrong. Clearly, it’s something on my end and probably also quite minor as you suggest. I’ll figure it out.

BellaGrowlParticipantOk, so indeed I did word it wrong and it’s not the bumper stickers I’m referring to. No, the bumper stickers are working fine for me.
The thing is that I don’t *want* player profile icons engaging after 15+ hands. They’re meaningless at that point. I’ve gone into the internal settings and set it to 50, 100, 150 hands and no matter what I do, the icons engage after just 15 hands.
Can you look into this? I’ve tried this out extensively and no matter what I set/do, they engage after 15 hands which is, of course, an absolutely meaningless sample size and anything the HUD noticed in that time, I would have, too.
