Very, very cool. Thanks for the response. I use them for VPIP, PFR, 3B, and 4B, and naturally they’ve been extremely helpful.

No worries. Thank *you*. RunItOnce.com is more advanced than PS.com but it’s the other site I sub to and is worth giving a look, as well. They’re both by far the best two sites for online poker today.

I’ve seen “fixed” or “improved” heat maps in a few updates now. Just exactly what kind of improvements are being made to them?

Nevermind. I found it and registered both my pro version of DH (never did until now. Wonder what difference that made) and pro version of XRay successfully. The serial numbers, for others wondering, are located within your customer account page here on this very site. It has all of your purchase and according serial numbers listed and it’s relatively easy to find once you’re logged in.

I don’t mean to be harsh at times but I’m a very direct – and at times – overly demanding person. In fairness, I treat myself with the same directness and judgement. More than it’s directed at others, even.

If you didn’t have a legitimately quality product here and some GREAT, innovative ideas, I wouldn’t say anything. It wouldn’t be worth it. Consider my interest and demand in your product as a compliment as it’s simply a side effect of me caring about it. Your HUD directly leads to profit and I appreciate the work you guys do.

Things are definitely fixed and moving in the right direction after this most recent update. I’m getting phenomenal street by street notes on villain, some of which don’t appear anywhere in NoteCaddy or NoteTracker. The fact that everything can be fully customized on top of what’s “in the box” right now is just amazing. Great, great work on this over the Holidays.

Ok, I followed your directions to the letter and already, I can see differences in notes on my hand replayer…which is pretty cool in and of itself. As far as I can tell, this is working as you intend on both BetOnline and Ignition now.

Thanks for following up with me.

If I have Xray open and on my Ignition profile, purge and rerun the database, will it erase my BetOnline notes, too or will it just clear and start from scratch with Ignition (as there’s no history on villain anyway)?

It doesn’t sound like you followed the update instructions. I’m surprised any of the notes are working for you honestly. You need to do the following: Go to to settings in x-ray. Click on delete all notes. click on restore default notes, and then re-run your notes list. A lot of x-ray note issues fixed in this build.

Oh, no – I very much did make sure I purged all notes preceding the update you’re referring to. Believe me, you have problems in there. It’s so inaccurate and so vague that I’m considering just turning it off as it’s doing more harm than good. Please, take a look. It repeatedly says players folded in spots they didn’t. It repeatedly refers to a guy holding KK as calling a river bet with no made hand. KK is, in itself, a made hand.

    Come on…let’s step it up.

Things are much improved as far as XRay goes and I’ve been quite vocal about that elsewhere. One thing, though: You need to work on having Xray identify legitimately good check raises. At least enter in the board where they check raised the turn, for example. Right now, it’s simply saying that they raised flop or turn cbet with air, when the reality is that they raised it with the NFD. We need to know that.

Someone else at your table DCing won’t effect you. You must have temporarily DC’d. Sometimes it’s hard to know if they drop you, but if they do, the connect stream will be reset, and the HUD for DH needs to be reset. This would all be much easier if Ignition would provide real time hand histories like Pokerstars and other sites, but unfortunately they do not. ?

Indeed. And I have yet to figure out how on earth to convert hand histories from Ignition. It seems nigh impossible.

It’s a good server (Ignition) but it definitely has stability issues and anonymous poker isn’t for everyone. Still, the games there can be extremely profitable and as an American cash player, I can’t really afford to not play there.

Yesterday, I noticed that this happened right after I stacked a guy and he left the table (cash game, obv). I guess the way Ignition handles connections interferes with the HUD’s way of recording the session and some specific hands. As he disconnected, I would imagine it tried to reconnect me to the rest of the table (or something) and the HUD’s connection dropped.
