Check-Raise Flop C-Bet% and Flop Check-Raise%
Obvious the first one is for the PreFlopAggressor, but did the second one not count for the PFA and only in Multiway Situations?

Correct, the first one is for the pre-flop aggressor, when they c-bet. The other is for both situations when there’s no pre-flop aggressor or the person who is the PFA checkraises.
