Support for HUD failure to load

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Is Drive HUD one still working? Is there still support available?</p>
 

I did a new install for a different computer and restored database from a backup, go to play and the HUD does not load onto table. The HUDs on, playing on Ignition, and have added and activated in site settings. What’s the deal here?

I found the support dates, and HUD is now working after a computer restart.

Did you make sure you had  DriveHUD loaded first before your ignition poker client? Also make sure you are using the latest version.

If you are still having an issue, please send us a message through DH app with logs attached so we can check this for you.
