Some enhancements for Hand Note window

1. I’d like to be able to resize the Hand Note window so that if i put in-depth notes on the hand I can see them all at once.
2. Add a scroll bar to the hand note window.
3. Let hand note window act independently of other open windows – i’d like to be able to move forward/backward in the hand replayer with the note window open or switch to the next hand and save current notes/load notes for the next hand
4. Ability to save note text without closing the window.
