I just purchased the software. When I attempt to register it in the program, I get an error message saying it is an invalid serial number. What’s my next action?
Which license did you purchase? can you please let us know the first 3 keys in your serial key. If this is the DH2+AHC 1 year bundle, that will only work with DH2. it cant be registered to the stand alone.
I also updated to the newest version and I had to reenter my serial number, and when I do so, the popup says “could not activate license. Please try again or contact support.”
