reorganize bumper appareance order

Hello

This Hud sucks, Thank you for the good job.

I have created tons of bumper, is it possible to reorganize them ? take the last one of the list and put in in an other place, like we do withs stats on the hud principal.

Is it possible to add a filter to display the badges (not by number of hands, but by occurences )
