The hud doesn’t work on Courchevel and it’s the game i play the most and the hud isn’t going to be useful for me, i bought on 10/03/2024 and i want to know if its possible for a refund.

If the refund isn’t possible you can at least switch the license for Holdem? The PLO license is totally useless for me.
