Raised Flop Continuation Bet not working properly

Here are two examples of “Raised Flop Continuation Bet” not working properly.

The Note  is default, except “Include Board” is on and Flop Filter “Raised Flop Continuation Bet” is selected.
In the first example, the BB raised preflop and C-Bet the Flop, but the note was taken.
In the 2nd example, the MP opened and Checked the Flop, but the note was taken.
