Quiz: options are grouped as only Raise

Hi,

I am just starting to find all your great features and Quizzing is one of the best.
I have a suggestion : if I use 3 different choices in my created range shouldnt all these be found as options in the Quiz ?

In the quiz it groups Push/Raise option with 3bet as one option called ‘Raise’

 

Another one nice to have : where can I alter the colors in Ranges aka using different HTML codes in one of the XMLs perhaps ?
