Program will not populate tournament histories?

hey, hopefully this is a quick fix or there is a direction to be pointed in for the answer?

Just downloaded the program and when it imported, it only populated the last SnG I played. I went to import and imported the file and the directory. It says 86 files imported when I do that, but still only the most recent shows up in the tournament summary. really not too sure what to do with this.

 

I uploaded a pick of the hud, just in case there is something obvious that im not seeing.

Please double-check if you set the right player ID.

That is the name selected in the top right corner of this pic? If so, that is my player Id. Is there another place I should select that?

No, if that’s your player ID for the site you play, all imported data should show. Have you tried removing the filter? Just in case, the other HH was not played this year. Also, are the 86 files all SnG games?

The only reason the data will not show if there was an issue with the import or your license does not support the buyin /game format.

Please send us a message though DH2’s support/headset icon with attach log checked and advance log unchecked, so we can investigate this for you.
