Hi! I registered for DRIVEHUD on a different computer a couple months back. I know my email for my other account (this account is a burner) and I have proof of the purchase confirmation in my email. However, I recently forgot my password and have clicked the “forgotten password” button a bunch of times and sent password resets to my email. Each time, there is no result. I have tried checking my spam folder etc–nothing is there. This has been going on for a couple of hours now.
You may have purchased the software as guest. If so, you just need to create a new account with the email you used to purchase the software and that would attach all your previous purchase with that email to the new account.
