not recognizing seat preferences on Bodog

Hi,

The HUD doesn’t display correctly my seat preferences as shown in the SS below:

You need to also select this as your seat on Bodog/Ignition in their preferred seat settings. Click settings on the client and select to have this enabled. Any time you set a preferred seat, you need to set it in the software and the poker client.

Of course I also have that selected as my prefered seat in the client, im sitting on the bottom seat in the screenshot its not a coincidence.

Am I misunderstanding the instructions or something?

Hi… it was a major holiday here yesterday and there was limited staff.

Did you try rotating back your seats and saving your seat position (right click on the DH logo at the top of the table)? Something was initially saved incorrectly.
