Missing Hands from History?

Hi,

I was making notes of approx times of hands to review after my session, and some of them are missing from the history. For one hand I had the exact time and hole cards and the hand just isn’t in drive HUD. I am playing on ACR. I know that if you quit a window during a hand ACR won’t record it but this was mid session.

Any ideas?

Can you please let us know what game type and stakes this was so I can have our dev team re-create this issue and see what went wrong.
