Import BetOnline hand history not working

Hi, I downloaded the trial version to see how it works and I can’t import my hand history from BetOnline for some reason. I have never used a HUD or any hand tracking software before so forgive me if I’m being stupid here.

I clicked import, selected the history file from the BetOnline folder (History.db, 29,997 KB so there’s definitely data in there), DriveHUD chews on it for a few seconds and then says “No data to plot”. I poked around in settings and enabled BetOnline under Site Settings but still get the same results when importing my history file. DriveHUD log shows the following:

You can’t import those hands.  BOL doesn’t provide hand histories… you are trying to import an encrypted database.

Ahhhh ok that makes sense then. I just sat a table for a couple orbits and saw that the HUD was working and it was tracking those hands so I got suspicious maybe it was just not importable. Bummer. HUD is nice though.
