Ignition/Bovada Import Not Working?

I have downloaded my hands from Bovada but importing never seems to work.

I tried importing hands that were already played, and I can see the import status complete at the bottom of the screen. My database refreshes (blinks on screen) and then when checking to see my opponent’s hole cards, they aren’t there. Any ideas on why?

No, it works 100%. What version of DH do you have? Did you update to one of the versions that supports this feature?

When I import the Ignition hands, they import.  Duplicated update the hole cards that were not caught while running realtime (obviously).  The problem that I have with the import is for the hands that were missing prior to the import.  They import, but they import as an hour off.  This in turn shows it as a separate session, due to they are normally an hour later.

 

Is there a way to adjust this on my end?
