HUD not working on CoinPoker

Today, I am not able to see the HUD on CoinPker. The hands seems no longer be recorded in my database. It keeps giving the message: “one full hand must be played before HUD appears. I’ve set CoinPoker software in english and followed everything mentioned in this page (https://drivehud.com/dh2-knowledge-base/how-do-i-setup-coinpoker-w-drivehud/)

Did you make sure that you have DH2 open first before your coinpoker table?

Please send us a message through DH2’s headset/support icon with attach log box checked to see what went wrong.

Yes I always open DH2 befor CoinPoker and I also tried every combination (including run as administrator).

I’ve just sent you the message through the headset/support option.

It  seems that I selected “Omaha” when I bought the licence but I wanted to buy a holdem one.

Would it be possible to change it please?
