HUD always disabled and all options greyed out so can’t edit anything

The title says it all really. I’m sure I’ve missed something obvious, but I’ve found this problem pretty unintuitive to find a solution for.

 

Basically, I’m looking to edit one of the HUDs that display on Ignition, but all the buttons in the HUD section are disabled so I can’t do anything. I’ve tried starting and stopping the HUD via the “play” button, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. So, HTH do you even edit things? 😃

Looking at the screenshot, you have 2max HUD profile set and you have preview/design screen active.

Click the check/cross mark on the lower right of the preview window to have the option button back.

Also, before editing the HUD, select the HUD profile and table size.
