Help with HUD for Poker Bros

I’m a new user of Drivehud and I’ve been having trouble making a hud for the Poker Bros app.  I was hoping someone could tell me how I can use the two blank spots on the main part of the hud (next to VPIP / PFR).  I also don’t understand why an entire line is dedicated to just one stat (Fold to 3-Bet%).
