Flop Check doesn’t recognize A over card

Using DH2: 2.0.1.6529.  In the following Ignition Raw Hand History, I created a new Flop note with only “Flop Check” as a filter and unchecked “Any Hand Value”.  I made no hand selections but a note was made (for P4).
