I did what you suggested: Restarted my computer, loaded DH, loaded BetOnline, played about 10 cash game hands and still no luck. DH is not showing up on BetOnline. I’ll email customer support. In the mean time, any other suggestions?
And you’re running the desktop application, and not the web based application of betonline correct? If so, then send a support ticket through the drivehud app so that development can see your logs. About 99.789% of the time users either aren’t waiting for one full hand to be played, or they didn’t load drivehud first. We’ll know when we see your logs what the precise issue is though.
