Drivehud not showing on BetOnline

I followed the instructions for syncing Drivehud with BetOnline, but the hud isn’t showing up on Betonline when both programs are up and running. Anyway to fix this?  Thanks..

Just responded to you in support. You’re stopping the HUD before one full hand is complete. Load Drivehud, load your poker client. Wait for one full hand to be completed before the HUD shows.

I did what you suggested: Restarted my computer, loaded DH, loaded BetOnline, played about 10 cash game hands and still no luck.  DH is not showing up on BetOnline. I’ll email customer support. In the mean time, any other suggestions?

You sure it’s enabled in site settings correct?

Yes, it’s enabled and unless I’ve missed something, the settings are correct.

And you’re running the desktop application, and not the web based application of betonline correct? If so, then send a support ticket through the drivehud app so that development can see your logs. About 99.789% of the time users either aren’t waiting for one full hand to be played, or they didn’t load drivehud first. We’ll know when we see your logs what the precise issue is though.

How do I know if I’m running the desktop or the web based application? I’ve been logging on to BetOnline via the BetOnline link:

https://www.betonline.ag/

Then I log in with my username and password, then I click”Poker”, and then “Play Online Now”.

Is there a better way to access the application?
