DH2 v2.0.17.12112 After Startup screen I get the following error message

DH2 v2.0.17.12112 After Startup screen I get the following error message, then DH2 closes.
(BTW, I did uninstall and re-installed this version again and still got same error message)
I ended up rolling back to previous version v2.0.17.11753 and that is working fine. No startup issues.
