CoinPoker HUD never displays correct information/doesn’t save

As you can see in the below 2 images. I have four thousand hands of data on this player but every time I load into a game with them. The HUD starts counting at 0 hands. As if I’ve never played with them before. What can I do to resolve this? This happens with every player. Basically when I hop into a game everyday everyone’s hand count is zero even though I have thousands of hand data on everyone.
