ClubGG not showing options for “Load Hud”

I created a HUD and imported into DH2. It works perfectly fine on poker bros. However, there are no options to Load Hud on ClubGG. There is not an arrow next to Load Hud either. Hope this makes sense, please help.

Are you playing the same table size in pokerbros and clubgg? If the HUD you works for poekrbros, it should work with other poker site.

Not sure i understand what you meant by “no options to Load Hud on ClubGG”. Can you please send us a screenshot of this to support, so we can check this for you.

Attached is a picture of what I’m looking at. “Load Hud” does not have an arrow next to it to pull different huds. Nothing happens when I put the arrow over it. Please advise.

Please check if you have other HUD profile for this table size in your HUD tab. Also send us a message though DH2 headset/support icon with attach log checked and advance log unchecked, so we can see what went wrong.
