Chico Network HUD issue

Hi!

I just came across an issue and wanted to know if this is a known problem and of course if anybody knows a solution.

 

I used to play on Tigergaming and now switched over to SportsBetting (both are basically clones in the Chico Network). HUD works fine with both, however since dh2 saves the players separately for both sites, I can’t access my old data on the opponents in the HUD.

I’ve tried to manually create aliases for some players but it seems the HUD still won’t show the old data, even after complete pc restart.

Any solutions? I know that some competitors of dh2 save the players in the database by network and not by individual site, perhaps that could go on the to-do list? 🙂

We have Chico network skin hands separated by site in DH2.   To have the HUD show your old stats, you will have to export the old HH and manually edit the hand header from tigergaming to sportsbetting then import it back to your database.

You can also send us a message through DH2’s headset/support icon and I can have our developer check if there is an easier way to do this.
