Change Log – what does “rebuild is required” & “new installations only”

Need a clarification on these two terms when you have them in a Change Log description.

Does “rebuild is required” mean:
Step 1. We have to install update
Step 2. Make a new empty/clean database file
Step 3. Import all our hand histories into the new db file?

Does “new installations only” mean:
Step 1. We have to backup all our huds and pop-ups
Step 2. Uninstall DH2 and then install the latest version of DH2
Step 3. After installation of latest version, restore the huds and pop-ups that we backed up in Step 1

To rebuild. After updating, you just need to stop your HUD (click the play/stop button on the right side of HUD tab), go to settings>general and click rebuild.

As for “new installations only”. Yes, you will have to do a complete uninstall then reinstall and restore from backup.
