    I wrote support and I said “I checked the serial number 4 times so I know it’s right, please advise” and they literally sent me a reply email with my serial number copy and pasted… so that’s a pretty rude way to treat someone who actually bought the software!  Anyway I’m sure it was just a mistake, please advise!

    They most likely just pasted the wrong one in the e-mail. Can you re-send an e-mail if you haven’t already and they will get you taken care of.

    emailed them back after reading this and they sent me a working card in about an hour.  Thanks guys!
