BetOnline – Missed Hands Due to Disconnect

There’ve been multiple instances where BetOnline disconnects in the middle of a hand for whatever reason. Once reconnected and the hands finish, I notice these don’t show up in the drivehud app, skewing my data. Is there anyway to sync the data back up upon disconnects?

Sorry, there is no way for DH to get the captured hands when betonline disconnect in a middle of a hand and since betonline does not provide hand history we are unable to get the hands back.

To prevent this from happening again, please make sure you have a stable internet connection.

lol to be fair, it’s not always my internet that’s at fault. I would say that a majority of the time it’s BO’s servers that cause disconnects.
