    Hi
    I used H2N when play in Chico (betonline). I export my hands in H2N and wanted imported them in DriveHud2. Files reading and parsing but in dashboard DriveHud2 empry

    If you were able to import the H2N HH, please double check if you have right player ID set in the drop down list.

    If you don’t see the player ID, please send us a message through DH with logs attached so we can check this for you.

    DH2 support pokerstarts format, have you tried typing your BOL user name in the player ID box on upper right side of your DH2 window?  If you don’t see your player ID in the drop down list. please send us a message though DH2 app with log attached so i can have our developer check this.

    When you sent the log, was attach log button checked and the Advance log unchecked? If you checked advance log, those go directly to our developers and bypass support.   please send us your log again with only attach log checked.

    two weeks passed, I sent a message with different options, with logs and without logs, I never received a response. Is there another way to connect?
