background HUD and BetOnline boost support

I think  it would be great if we could:

1) set our hud to be in the background unless moused over (like PT4) and:

2) it would also be great if our hud would reload at the beginning of each boost poker hand to show the current players (right now it shows the player that was sitting in that seat the previous hand)

I would also like to see support for Intertops poker (unless I am just not seeing where to set it up)
